Service Your Car

In addition to providing the Big Island with exemplary vehicle purchasing options, we are dedicated to providing excellence in our service center and key center! We want to be here for every vehicle the locals on Hawaii island may have. Whether you are in Kailua-Kona, Waimea, or Hilo, we want to be your first choice for sales, service, and keys!

We service all domestic and Asian vehicles and perform some services on European makes. And, let’s not forget about commercial vehicles. Come to our Kona Auto Repair Center for commercial service and repairs on vehicles such as cargo vans and flatbeds. We have two ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Master Technicians, one of which also has L1 certification for advanced engine performance. This certification is not easily obtained and we are proud to offer this level of expertise to our communities in Kailua-Kona, Waimea, and Hilo.

We service the following manufactured vehicles for retail and commercial customers:

• GM
• Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram
• Ford, Lincoln, and Ford Trucks
• Toyota
• Nissan
• Honda
• Mazda
• Kia
• Hyundai

We are able to program, update, and reprogram modules, PCM’s, BCM’s, ABS, Air Bag, and many other modules. We also can drill down and get to the bottom of problems that other shops and service departments fail to repair.

If you are a local repair shop struggling to fulfill your services to clients, no worries! We are happy to offer our programming tools to you as well.

Our service department is very good at the following areas of vehicle service:

• Electrical
• Air Conditioning
• Brakes
• Cooling Systems

• Various noises, clunking, knocking, squeaking, chirping

Warning Lights including:

• And many other light and information center messages.

Additionally, we perform front end work including suspension and steering. We sell, install, and balance tires. If you are looking for help with your alignment, balancing, or replacing your tires, we are happy to assist and assure your satisfaction with the results.

We pride ourselves on getting you into and out of our service department right away. We have the ability to do same day appointments, in many cases! Kona Repair Center in Pre-Owned Motors is equipped to source parts quickly and will occasionally air freight them in the same day from Honolulu to ensure we meet or exceed your expectations. Thanks to our long tenure on the Big Island, we have many contacts and relationships with parts supplies within Kailua-Kona, Honolulu, and the mainland so that we may get what you need as quickly as we can.

And if our top-notch service isn’t enough, we offer excellent amenities to our customers in both sales and service. While you wait, you may enjoy our free Wi-Fi, complimentary espresso and coffee drinks from our self-service JURA machine, and ultraviolet cleaned air conditioned facility. Did we mention that we were rated #1 cleanest restrooms in Kailua-Kona?! If you get hungry, we are right next door to McDonald’s in case you just can’t wait!
